We handle the showings ourselves. In person. So, we meet the prospective tenant before their application arrives online. In many cases, we
have found that meeting people in person is invaluable in screening their application.
Also, we manage with your Property Value in mind. We will make recommendations about capital improvements that might be coming soon. We visit the property to make sure the tenant is not causing damage. We encourage our landlords to be proactive in keeping up their
investment.
